Hanguluxe is a contemporary apparel and lifestyle brand inspired by the landscapes, wildlife, culture, traditions, art, and heritage of the Himalayan region. Throughout these Terms, 'Hanguluxe', 'We', 'Us', and 'Our' refer to the legal operating entity of the website Canal Global Pvt Ltd( Parent Company of Hanguluxe ). 'Customer', 'You', and 'Your' refer to any individual accessing, browsing, or purchasing products through this website.

2Legal Eligibility & Acceptable Use

By accessing or using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into binding legal contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3Product Information, Representation & Legal Metrology

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, design graphics, fabric details, size guides, colors, and pricing.

• However: Actual product appearance and colors may slightly vary due to individual monitor/screen calibration, studio photography lighting, or natural handcrafted and fabric characteristics. All prices on the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and all applicable statutory levies, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. In compliance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, detailed product declarations including Country of Origin, manufacturer/importer details, care instructions, and net quantity are provided on physical product tags and online listings.

4Order Acceptance, Availability & Pricing Errors

Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items. Hanguluxe reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order prior to dispatch for valid operational or legal reasons, including but not limited to: Unavailability of stock or unexpected inventory depletion. Errors in pricing, discounts, or product descriptions caused by genuine technical, system, or typographical glitches. Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions. Delivery limitations or inability to service the specified shipping address. In the event of an order cancellation after payment realization, a full monetary refund will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

5Payments & Security All online payment

transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways and service providers. Hanguluxe does not collect, store, or process complete credit/debit card numbers or net-banking passwords on its internal servers.

6Shipping & Delivery Estimated delivery dates

provided during checkout are approximate. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, Hanguluxe shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, regional movement restrictions, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7Intellectual Property The Hanguluxe name, trademark,

logo, original textile artwork, embroidery patterns, clothing designs, brand stories, website graphics, copy, and layout are the exclusive intellectual property of Hanguluxe or used under valid license. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation will face strict legal remedies under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

8Limitation of Liability & Consumer Protection

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Hanguluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights guaranteed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract.

9Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms

shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to your statutory right to file complaints before competent Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, all disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
